Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model
sail.dhfm.in Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at ₹99 per month, processed via Razorpay (a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India). Your subscription starts immediately upon successful payment and auto-renews every 30 days.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy and agree to be bound by it.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe to sail.dhfm.in Pro, you receive immediate access to all Pro features for the full billing period. We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused portion of a subscription period after cancellation
- Subscription charges that have already been processed
- Change of mind after subscription
Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) notice: Our no-refund policy applies only to digital subscription services where you receive immediate and full access to the subscribed features. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. If you believe this policy violates your statutory rights, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in two steps:
Step 1 — Cancel on sail.dhfm.in
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. This stops future renewals on our platform. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Step 2 — Cancel the autopay mandate in your app
Important: Razorpay sets up an autopay mandate with your bank or UPI app when you subscribe. We can cancel your subscription on our end, but we cannot cancel your bank or UPI mandate on your behalf — you must do this separately in your payment app to prevent further charges from being attempted.
To cancel the autopay mandate, follow the steps for your app:
- Google Pay (GPay): Open GPay → Profile icon → Manage payments → AutoPay → Find sail.dhfm.in → Cancel mandate
- PhonePe: Open PhonePe → Profile → UPI Autopay → Find sail.dhfm.in → Cancel
- Paytm: Open Paytm → Profile → Passbook → Autopay → Find sail.dhfm.in → Manage → Cancel
- BHIM / other UPI apps: Go to Settings or Transactions → Recurring Payments / Mandates → Find and cancel the sail.dhfm.in mandate
- Net Banking / Debit/Credit Card: Log in to your bank's internet banking portal → Manage recurring payments → Cancel the sail.dhfm.in mandate. You can also call your bank's customer care.
If you are unsure, contact your bank or payment app's support and ask them to cancel the recurring mandate for sail.dhfm.in.
Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the mandate is cancelled
- Your verified badge and Pro features remain active until the period ends
4. Exception Cases — When We May Issue Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: Where a technical error on our platform resulted in being charged twice for the same subscription period.
- Charges after confirmed cancellation: Where a charge was made after you completed both steps of cancellation (Platform + mandate cancellation) and we can verify this.
- Service unavailability: Where the Platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period due to a fault on our side (not including scheduled maintenance).
- Unauthorised transaction: Where a payment was made without your authorisation (subject to verification). In such cases, please also report the transaction to your bank immediately.
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@sail.dhfm.in within 7 days of the charge with your Razorpay transaction ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
5. RBI Auto-Debit Notification Rights
In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India's mandate on recurring payments, you will receive an advance notification before each auto-debit of ₹5,000 or more. For amounts below this threshold (our current subscription is ₹99/month), Razorpay's standard recurring payment framework applies. You retain the right to cancel your mandate at any time as described in Section 3.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a charge:
- First: Contact us at support@sail.dhfm.in with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will respond within 48 hours.
- If unresolved: You may raise a complaint with Razorpay's grievance team at razorpay.com/grievances.
- If still unresolved: You may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, or approach the Banking Ombudsman for disputes involving your bank.
Please do not raise a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, as this may delay resolution and result in your account being suspended during the dispute period.
7. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers before a price increase takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
8. GST / Taxes
The subscription price of ₹99/month is the final amount payable in Indian Rupees. Deskman Digital Studio LLP is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST); GST is therefore not charged separately on your subscription, and GST tax invoices are not issued at this time. If GST registration becomes applicable in future, this policy and our pricing disclosures will be updated accordingly.
