Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to lead the creation of high-performance, visually stunning websites. The ideal candidate is a "WordPress Power User" capable of taking a project from a blank canvas to a fully optimized, live production site.
In this role, your priority is twofold: Aesthetic Excellence and Technical Performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that every site we launch is not only beautiful but also achieves elite scores in speed, accessibility, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Architect and build responsive WordPress websites from scratch, ensuring clean structure and intuitive navigation.
Visual Craftsmanship: Translate design concepts into pixel-perfect layouts using modern builders (e.g., Elementor Pro, Bricks, or Gutenberg) and custom CSS.
Performance Optimization: Implement advanced speed-optimization techniques to satisfy Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and ensure sub-2-second load times.
Technical SEO: Execute on-page technical SEO, including schema markup, metadata configuration, and proper heading hierarchies.
